Call for Papers:
ICBCI 2017, aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Bioinformatics and Computational Intelligence, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
2017 International Conference on Bioinformatics and Computational Intelligence (ICBCI 2017) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of theoretical, experimental, and applied Bioinformatics and Computational Intelligence. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
(1). Artificial/computational intelligence
(2). Feature selection, dimension reduction, pattern classification/recognition
(3). Expert systems, neural networks, fuzzy logic
(4). Possibility theory, Bayesian networks, hidden Markov models
(5). Rough sets, granular computing, data mining
(6). Evolutionary algorithms, learning classifiers, SVM
(7). Swarm intelligence, ant colony optimisation
(8). Bioinformatics databases, data visualisation
(9). Gene expression, microarrays, motif/pattern discovery
(10). DNA assembly, clustering, mapping
(11). Gene identification/annotation, sequence analysis/alignment
(12). Image processing, simulation/modelling
(13). Molecular evolution/phylogeny, protein structure/interaction prediction
(14). Regulatory network/pathway analysis
(15). Functional genomics, structural proteomics
All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.
The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Information Technology and related areas.
