Call for Papers:
Users are becoming increasingly mobile and this requires solutions to manage network connectivity in different situations and places both in urban and rural areas. We are interested in visionary, experimental, systems-related and work in-progress papers in the area of mobility management including protocols enabling mobility, heterogeneous network access, vehicular networks, security and applications.
