The 17th edition of the IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Wireless Broadband ICUWB'2017 (formerly known as International Conference on Ultra Wide-Band) will be held in Salamanca, Spain, from September 12th to 15th, 2017, under the theme Smart Cities & Industries. Mid-September is the perfect time to host an event in Salamanca (Spain), since local fair is taking place from the 7th to the 15th. ICUWB, under its renewed format, provides a forum for the latest original research achievements and developments in ultra-high frequency wireless broadband technologies and their ubiquitous fields of application in microwave, millimeter wave, and even Terahertz, lightwave and optical wireless (OW) bands; without any restriction in scope to the standardized radio interface technologies commonly called today as UWB.
