To keep pace with this growth and change, to contribute to the future of our and find solutions to problems experienced by the section the country for 21 years Computer Engineering Department Heads Meetings are held. This year, 31st of this meeting will be organized. It was decided to organize the UBMK conferences together with the Computer Engineering Department Heads (BMBB) meetings since it was considered that it would be more appropriate to transfer useful results produced at these meetings not only to department heads but also to all academicians. In this context, Between 5-7 October 2017 at Antalya Akdeniz University II. The International Conference on Computing Sciences and Engineering (UBMK 2017) will be held. The second is the purpose of the conference; To bring together academicians, researchers, interested persons, public and sector employees working in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering and Information Security Engineering and similar fields; To share new and different researches, studies, practices and considerations made; To increase university-public-sector cooperation; And finding common solutions to the problems encountered. This year's main theme of UBMK 2017 is " Large Data ". However, it is not limited to this area, but it also includes topics such as Computer Science and Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Information Security Engineering and Software Engineering. Notifications to be sent to the Conference Organizing Committee will be evaluated by at least two referees who are experts in the field. Verbal and accepted notices for poster presentations will be printed in the Conference Notices Book. The selected notifications will be published in magazines such as T ürkiye Bilisim Foundation Computer Science and Engineering Magazine, Information Security Engineering Magazine, International Journal of Information Security Science .
