CyberneticsCom in conjunction with International Conference On Immersive Technology 2017 (InCITech 2017). It encourages a broad spectrum of contribution in the Computational Intelligence and Cybernetics sciences. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome. CyberneticsCom 2017 intends to be a major forum for scientists, engineers and practitioners interested in the study, analysis, design, modeling and implementation of Computational Intelligence and Cybernetics, both theoretically and in a broad range of application fields. It invites papers, original & unpublished work from individuals active in the broad theme of the conference.
