Agile Scrum methodology is widely regarded as a transformative approach to software development, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and iterative progress. However, its adoption is not without challenges, which vary significantly across organizations of different sizes, industries, and geographic distributions. This study explores recurring issues such as resource constraints, communication barriers, and resistance to change, while highlighting trends and successful practices in addressing these challenges. By synthesizing insights from existing literature and limited interviews, this research aims to provide actionable recommendations and a tailored framework for organizations seeking to optimize their Agile Scrum implementation.
