WELCOME TO ICENCO 2018 ICENCO is the International Computer Engineering Conference, organized by Computer Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in Egypt. The conference has started since 2004 and has been successfully held annualy since 2006. Accepted papers are published in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
