WCSIP-BT 2019 will cover issues on Wireless Communications, Signal and Image Processing. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods.

If you would like to attend the conference and publish a full paper, please choose Package C and submit a FULL paper directly; If you would like to attend the conference and make an oral presentation only, please submit an ABSTRACT as the presentation material.
