IV. Notes on Submission of Papers
1. Please make sure that your paper is written in English (for Chinese manuscripts, the conference secretariat will also provide English translation services, please consult the secretariat for details of translation costs.)
2. The paper should contain: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Text, Conclusion, References; in the introduction, please analyze the current status and problems of similar research at home and abroad.
3. Please go to https://www.aicsconf.cn/page/ for the sample format of the paper, and lay out the paper strictly according to the sample format.
4. When submitting your paper, please submit it (WORD and PDF versions) to the conference submission system: https://www.zkhyfy.com/paper/create/AICSIP2025.html.
5. Multiple submissions are strictly prohibited.V. Publications PublicationsAll published full papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore database, provided that they meet the scope and quality standards of IEEE Xplore. Papers from previous conferences are usually successfully searched by EI within about three months after the conference, and the search information can be found on the conference website, please refer to the “History” section for details.
