Call for Papers:
The research group Governance in Emerging Economies (GEE) invites scholars to submit papers on related topics. The call is embedded in a two-days conference organized jointly by GEE and the Department for Asia and the Pacific of the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation (FES). Day 1 shall be committed to the dialogue with practitioners on the re-emergence of industrial policies in developing and emerging economies. On Day 2, the conference shall be dedicated to the discussion of academic papers in small working groups. We will examinesuccessful examples of innovative industrial policies, their institutional foundations and the subsequent new challenges for policy-advisers and policy-makers.
