Call for Papers:
After Bremen (2014), Lecco (2015) and Athens (2016), we are pleased to announce EuroVR 2017, the annual conference of a series started as part of the INTUITION Network of Excellence in Virtual and Augmented Reality (2004 to 2008) and then imbedded within the Joint Virtual Reality Conferences (JVRC) from 2009 to 2013. As in previous years, EuroVR 2017 will bring together people from industry, commerce, and research including technology developers, suppliers and all those interested in virtual reality, augmented or mixed reality (VR, AR, MR) and 3D user interfaces, to exchange knowledge and share experiences of new results and applications, enjoy live demonstrations of current and emerging technologies, and form collaborations for future work.

Paper Submission
- Scientific/Technical papers accepted by the IPC will be published in an ISBN special issue of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series edited by Springer. As a result, the entire submission process for this category of papers will be managed by the Online Conferencing Service (OCS) of Springer, which will be linked soon to the EuroVR 2017 website. Authors are free to choose Long or Short paper lengths at the submission stage. However, a paper acceptation from the IPC is able to be conditioned to a resizing of the initial submitted paper from a long to a short format. At the end of the conference, some of the accepted Scientific/Technical papers will be selected by a special committee to be invited to submit an extended version to the open source journal Frontiers in Virtual Environments.
- Industrial abstracts, poster and demo long abstract, accepted by their related committees will be published as an ISBN-registered USB key proceedings. All the submission process for such contributions will be managed by EasyChair which will be linked also soon to the EuroVR 2017 website.
For all types of contribution, more information will be available soon in this webpage about the different formats.
