Call For Papers

Given the current demand at the global level for energy and the necessity to protect the environment, there are growing pressures to find alternative sources. Suitable and affordable energy is important for socio-economic development. Meeting the energy needs economically and sustainably requires responsible responses. The major source of non-renewable energy is fossil fuel but with associated environmental problems. The challenges are evident. Industry needs reliable and affordable energy to become productive and competitive. At the same time, it has to find an appropriate balance between its growing demand for energy and the urgent need to protect the environment. Research in this field has grown over the years to find alternate and affordable energy sources with minimal impact on the society. At the same time governments are looking for "green" solutions. Modern technologies combined with industrialization have caused serious damage to the environment. Focusing on a cleaner and greener environment should be the interest of the researchers and stake holders. The immediate priority is making decisions that will reduce the negative impact on the environment. This conference will bring together the main stakeholders to examine the current challenges and to understand the options available for green living.
