Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full research papers through the official IEEE UEMCON submission system. Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality standards and publication requirements. Selected high-quality papers may also be invited for journal special issues.
