IEEE UEMCON 2026 is an international flagship IEEE conference that brings together researchers,
scientists, engineers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to present the latest research
advances in ubiquitous computing, electronics, mobile communication, artificial intelligence,
and emerging technologies.
The conference provides a global forum for exchanging innovative ideas, research findings,
industrial experiences, and practical applications in modern computing and communication technologies.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality research papers describing
significant theoretical and practical contributions.

Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full research papers through the official IEEE UEMCON submission system. Submitted papers should present significant research contributions, innovative methodologies, experimental studies, or practical applications. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by international experts.
Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE quality standards and publication requirements. Selected high-quality papers may also be invited for journal special issues.
