In 2019, the 11th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM 2019) returns to Brazil. In this year LATINCOM will be held in Salvador, Bahia. Salvador is one of the most beautiful cities in Brazil and also a well known international tourist destination. Famous for its history, for the cultural miscegenation, for its beaches, humid tropical climate, for religious and for its hospitable people. It is in this formidable and welcoming environment that IEEE LATINCOM will take place.

The IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Latin America Region. IEEE LATINCOM is the most important conference on communications in Latin America it is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world. Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers by the deadline July 25, 2019, for publication in the International Journals and for oral presentation during the conference. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of seven (7) printed pages including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of 70 USD if accepted). Papers exceeding 12 pages will not be accepted at ICCSIT 2019. The submitted papers should be no less than 5 pages.
