Call For Papers

You are invited to participate in the ARTCCEE-2016 conference which will be held in Botswana on 22nd to 26 November 2016. The conference covers state of the art advancements in electrical engineering track, electronics engineering track, computer engineering track and telecommunications engineering track 

All submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind review, which will be rigorous peer review process. After successful review, papers may be accepted or rejected. Papers selected for presentation for the conference will be the same papers that will be published in the Scopus Index Journals. The selection of papers for the different Scopus Index Journals will be based on the reviewers’ reports. Author and co-authors will be notified upon selection. Submitted paper must not be under consideration by any other conference, journal or any other form of publication. Selected full papers after registration and presentation will be published online in the different journals. Authors are requested to go through the sample paper which is attached at the bottom of this page. The font of the research paper should match the font of publication in the journals. However, authors of accepted papers may be asked to format papers to any of the journals below.

The reviewers use the following parameters in evaluating research papers: 

• Novel Contribution. 
• Key strengths. 
• Areas of improvements. 
• Presentation/ Organization of Research.

Paper Submission

All accepted, registered and presented papers will be published in any of the following Scopus Index Journals. In the case of any difficulty in presenting an accepted paper, an arrangement must be made with the permission granted by the TPC Chair for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions.
