S-BPM ONE is established as the primary venue of conceptual and practical innovations in the field of Subject-Oriented Business Process Management. The 9th International S-BPM ONE Conference 2017 will put an emphasis on novel approaches to value creation in cyber-physical systems that leverage BPM technology, and S-BPM in particular. Smart cities, integrated (inter-)enterprise value chains, smart energy and smart transport systems are just a few of the fields where BPM can make a difference.
