In recent years, continuous technological innovation in these areas has not only significantly enhanced the efficiency of data transmission and processing but also fostered emerging applications such as smart manufacturing, smart cities, and intelligent healthcare. Addressing the growing complexity of global demands and technological challenges, fostering international academic exchange and collaboration is critical to driving sustained innovation and application development in this field.

The 8th International Conference on Information Communication and Signal Processing (ICICSP 2025) will be held in September 12-14, 2025 in Xi'an, China. The conference is co-sponsored by Xi'an Jiaotong University and IEEE, hosted by the School of Information and Communication Engineering of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
