Scope and Topics

The ACM/IEEE Joint Conference on Digital Libraries (JCDL 2026) is the premier international conference dedicated to digital libraries and digital information management. The conference brings together researchers, educators, librarians, archivists, museum professionals, and practitioners from academia, industry, and government to discuss emerging research, innovative technologies, and practical applications in digital libraries.

JCDL 2026 promotes interdisciplinary research in digital collections, artificial intelligence, information retrieval, digital preservation, metadata management, knowledge organization, and human-centered information systems. Call for Papers

Paper Submission

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the ACM/IEEE conference paper format and submit papers electronically through the official online submission system. Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to ACM and IEEE publication policies.
