Paper Submission

Authors are invited to review the official conference submission guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. Call for Participation and Submission Guidelines

Technical papers must present original, unpublished research and follow the official IEEE conference formatting requirements. The conference guidelines specify a manuscript length of 4–8 pages for regular papers. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE Xplore approval and applicable IEEE quality requirements.
