The IEEE/ION Position, Location, and Navigation Symposium (PLANS 2027) will be held from April 12 ~ 15, 2027 in Portland, Oregon, USA. PLANS brings together researchers, engineers, and professionals working in positioning, navigation, and timing technologies and their applications.

PLANS 2027 invites original research papers covering theoretical developments, technological advances, and practical applications related to positioning, location, navigation, and timing systems.
