Scope and Topics

The 2027 IEEE Power & Energy Society General Meeting (IEEE PES GM 2027) is the flagship annual conference of the IEEE Power & Energy Society. The conference provides an international forum for researchers, practicing power engineers, utility professionals, industry experts, manufacturers, government organizations and academics to exchange technical knowledge and discuss recent developments in electric power and energy engineering.

The 2027 conference theme is "Grid Modernization: Scaling the Grid for Emerging Demand." Papers are invited on all topics related to electric power and energy systems, with special emphasis on the Super Session themes announced by the conference.

Paper Submission

Conference papers must be prepared according to the IEEE PES Authors Kit. Papers are limited to five pages and must be submitted through the official online submission system. Presentation of an accepted paper at the conference is required for publication in IEEE Xplore.
